I like reflecting on what my clients say. Here are a few nice things that they have said....

I have been training with John for over a year, two 45 minute personal training sessions a week.
I find John to be supportive and he encourages me to reach my desired goals, faster than if I were training on my own. His diverse range of exercises, makes every workout fun but challenging. He actively shares his knowledge and I recommend John to anybody serious about improving their fitness. LT.

Just want to say a huge thank you to John Ward for all his hard work and dedication over the past few years to help me achieve some amazing life goals. I have been fortunate enough since John has been training me to win two National Touch Football titles, to be selectd in two Australian Touch Football squads and recently to win a State of Origin Touch Football Series for Queensland. I could not have done this without him and his passion for his clinets to acheive amazing goals. Thank you again John. CV.

When I first met with personal trainer John Ward, I asked him to sit down so he would not faint from shock as I explained my running goal. John was very calm, professional and encouraging, and showed no sense of surprise. At this stage I was running 6 km on a gym treadmill about twice a week.
John set to work on the first session outlining a running program which started slowly and built up over time. He set me gym-based strengthening exercises, and began talking about good nutrition. I was elated! It looked like the dream might one day actually happen and eventually I ran my first Marathon. JP.

Thank you, John, for sharing your knowledge and it was great to be able to talk to you about my goals and get a customized health and nutritional program that suited me and my lifestyle. My family has also benefited because all of our eating habits have now been reconstructed for all of them. I’ve lost weight, feel less tired and have far more energy than before. TH.

In late 2017, I underwent an Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion operation. Shortly after the procedure I was advised that I should seek the advice of a Physiotherapist to help with rehabilitation. I was fortunate to see Sarah from Akasha Physiotherapy in Mudjimba who recommended John Ward to take over after her initial treatment.
John and Sarah collaborated in the early stages to develop a light training program designed to strengthen and stimulate the blood flow to the area around the spinal repair.
From those early days and still under the careful direction of John, my Gym work has progressed such that I now have no back pain and just a small reduction in range of neck movement. My general health has improved as a result of John’s training and I fully intend to continue twice weekly fitness/wellbeing classes under his instruction.
Thank you so much John! MH.
