Below are the main programs that I deliver either in person or remotely.

           PACKAGE ENHANCER PLUS      

 

  • Runs for 12 weeks 

  • We discuss your aims and you complete some questionnaires

  • Initial measurements and photos are taken

  • I prepare and give you your program and go through it with you

  • We have an initial nutrition discussion and agree a course of action

  • We contact each other weekly by email, text or voice

  • We adjust nutrition as we go 

  • Your program is updated up to 3 times as appropriate

  • Stats are updated 

  • We celebrate your success

           PACKAGE ENHANCER       (Doesn't last so long and less input from me)

 

  • Runs for 10 weeks

  • We discuss your aims and you complete some questionnaires

  • Initial measurements and photos are taken

  • You start off with your own program

  • We have an initial nutrition discussion and agree a course of action

  • We contact each other every two weeks by email, text or voice

  • We adjust nutrition as we go

  • Your program is updated once as appropriate

  • Stats are updated 

  • We celebrate your success

           THE CORE TO DIE FOR

 

  • Runs for 8 weeks

  • Involves 3 sessions per week which I send to you through Trainerize

  • Involves 12 different workouts

  • Challenges all body parts especially core

  • You will end up with stronger abs and be stronger generally

  • The exercises involved are performed at specific tempos (speeds) which is interesting

  • I help with calculating macros
