PACKAGE ENHANCER PLUS

Runs for 12 weeks

PACKAGE ENHANCER (Doesn't last so long and less input from me)

Runs for 10 weeks

We discuss your aims and you complete some questionnaires

You start off with your own program

We have an initial nutrition discussion and agree a course of action

We contact each other every two weeks by email, text or voice

We adjust nutrition as we go

Your program is updated once as appropriate

Stats are updated

THE CORE TO DIE FOR

Runs for 8 weeks
-
Involves 3 sessions per week which I send to you through Trainerize
-
Involves 12 different workouts
-
Challenges all body parts especially core
-
You will end up with stronger abs and be stronger generally

The exercises involved are performed at specific tempos (speeds) which is interesting
-
I help with calculating macros
